LINDLEY – According to Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard, on Monday deputies of the
Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Joseph A McCallum of Osceola
Pennsylvania, in response to an investigation of a reported road rage incident in the Town of
Lindley in July, 2023.
It is alleged that. McCallum intentionally drove a vehicle at another vehicle, crashed his vehicle into that vehicle, causing damage, and injured another person.
McCallum was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, all class D Felonies, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, a class E Felony.
McCallum was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and held as a fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania.
