BRADFORD COUNTY- Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to 895 Creek Road in Tuscarora Township for a report of two deceased individuals on Friday, August 11, 2023, around 9:13 AM.
According to police, it is believed that suspect Julio Cruz killed his longtime girlfriend/victim Fay Minier before he turned the gun on himself.
Police noted that this investigation remains in the preliminary stages pending an autopsy and confirmation of death by the Bradford County Coroner. Pa State Police do not believe there is any threat to the community at this time.
