ELMIRA – The 2023 West Division Champion Elmira Pioneers have agreed to terms with current Manager & Coach Andrew Drum for the 2024 & 2025 seasons. Coach Drum took over in 2021 after being an assistant Manager for the Pioneers from 2017-2020. The Elmira Native has 70 regular season wins under his belt in just 3 seasons.
The Pioneers won a tough West Division last year by claiming wins over Jamestown & Auburn in the PGCBL Playoffs in 2023, with Coach Drum giving the City of Elmira it’s first baseball championship appearance since 2013. In two of his first 3 seasons Drum has helped Elmira claim one of the four playoff spots each season.
